Geoff Connor

Geoff did not thrive in a traditional classroom. At a young age, his parents moved him into a trade school — and that’s where everything changed.

He started as an electrical apprentice at the Naval dockyards in Williamstown, then at Ford Motor Company in Campbellfield. But he wasn’t someone who just did the job and left. When something broke — especially the complex stuff — Geoff would lean in. Even helping IT teams troubleshoot systems when it wasn’t “his role.” One day, someone noticed.

That moment took him into senior IT leadership roles, travelling across China, India, and beyond with Ford. But through all of it, he never left electrical work. Nights. Weekends. Building a reputation for being meticulous, fussy — and the person you call when others can’t figure it out.  In 1998 he commited to a six year university degree at RMIT.  By the end of 2004, he graduated with a Bachelor of Business  in Business Information Systems.  

In 2008, he made the call to go all in bringing 23 years of global corporate experience across multiple countries and large-scale organisations. That shows up in the professionalism, structure, and communication we bring to every job — something quite different in this space.

Together, we’re combining Geoff’s 44 years of electrical craftsmanship with operational systems and discipline to build something simple: a local electrical business that actually runs properly.
